Pat Mudgett comes from a real estate family in Kensington, MD. Since moving to Sarasota in 1978, she has raised two children with her husband, Bill. At that time, Pat's main focus was children & family, earning her the 1990 Family to Family Community Service Award for Sarasota County. Once Pat's children grew up, her focus turned to real estate. She has over 10 years of experience managing for two top firms in Sarasota, Michael Saunders & Company being #1. Now, Pat is in the next chapter of her life with a focus and passion for selling and listing residential real estate.
